#14 Add LSB status messages to vboxtoolinit

vboxtoolinit does not generate any console output on startup.

Attached is my diff that adds this.

(add ". /lib/lsb/init-functions" and use 'log_begin_msg' and 'log_end_msg $?' to generate console output)
