If you're on this page, then we're already glad that you're taking the time to consider helping us develop OpenWeb. Lets go over some developer Q&A first.

Q: What platforms are OpenWeb available on?
A: OpenWeb is unfortunately only available for Microsoft Windows operating systems. Attempting to run it in Mono or Wine on Mac OS or Linux has not been tried before, so do so at your own risk.

Q: Can I use OpenWeb in one of my projects or release it as my own?
A: OpenWeb is free to use, and can be used as a module. We do not mind if you use it in your own project as a "mini-browser", and we do not mind if you release OpenWeb as your own product/program as long as the resulting program gives OpenWeb credit, and remains free.
