#85 Deleting PM's doesn't really delete them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Send a bunch of PM's to yourself, save a few drafts, and put some messages in different folders
2. Delete all messages manually (either by selecting and choosing Delete from the dropdown or clicking the trash icon)
3. Observe that there are some rows left in the pm_data and pm tables, although there are no messages accessible from the UI
