User Reviews

  • We have used vbFRET no GUI as the starting basis for a 2D pattern recognition, machine learning Matlab method for analyzing single particle tracks, This 2D code has been working well,. vbFRET has a serious coding error. The file named vbfret_gmminit.m refers to the function gmminit. Matlab has a strict requirement that the fileName and its associated functionName be identical. Strange things can occur when this rule is violated. Please correct the problem in vbFRET no Gui. I have corrected the problem in our 2D code which will be posted on GitHub under the project name vbTRACK_2D by November 15, 2023
