The only way to use the massive cheat database is patching ROMs, but that is't good...

You may add compatibility with this cheats database in the VBA-M emulator:
http://cheats.gbatemp.net/GBA/

like NO$Zoomer supports USRCHEAT.DAT for NDS, this isn't hard to do if NO$Zoomer was made by only one people.

  • Maybe, just saying maybe.
You could just change the way the existing cheat system saves cheats to say .xml format and code. Then just add the ability to search the file/files for the game you play.

I think that would be an easy start and the database itself can be downloaded seperatly.
And users could make their own database. Then you could focus on making a more robust system later on.

  • I likes that! VBA-M should be must have cheat database just likes No$Zoomer. Just only put all GBA games into one database and so very easy to copy the cheat codes into the cheat dialog without finding them on many website.
