#19 enable flag for joystick support
Allows compiling without joystick code to make it work
with SDL builds without joystick support. It's pretty
useless on binary OS, but very useful on Linux source
distributions like Gentoo.
I made it quickly, so i'm not sure that it's really
clean, and i wasn't very keened on your codelines
