#172 Autofire Frequency made Adjustable

I really enjoy the work you guys do. The coding is remarkable.

Games like Metroid and Megaman don't work with the autofiring frequency setting. If you make the frequency adjustable, then they can be adjusted to fit each game.

Also, I was wondering if you could let us choose whether to toggle the autofire or to just press and hold it.
