#129 Suport fot PPC (Windows Mobile 2003)

Until today the only PPC GBA emulator was MorphGear,
and this week it core went Oponsource. But the GBA
module is still closed and paid.
So, i think that the VBA, that in my opinion is one of the
best, if not the best GBA emu for DESKTOP, could be
ported to PPC, using the MorphGear CORE or
STANDALONE. Both way would be great.

VBA can be compiled on PPC, the only thing that you need to
do is to write the GUI part of it. That we cannot help.
