#122 Customizable speed up

I love the speed up key, and use it all the time

but for some games on my powerful computer, the speed
up key can cause the game to move too fast

so I'm requesting an option to customize the speed
for example, setting the speed to go 150% when speeding
up (or whatever speed the person sets)
