#104 Enable/Disable New Cheats in Search Window

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a
checkbox to the 'Search for Cheats' window that would
allow you to specify whether or not you want your
newly created cheats to be enabled (as is currently
default) imediately after you've made them?

I think this would be a useful new feature since
sometimes when trying to create a specific cheat among
a plethora of possible addresses, I might try and set
each one to a specific value and then turn them on and
off one at a time to find the correct one. But often
times, having too many of the wrong address edited at
one time tends to freeze the game right after exiting
the 'Search for Cheats' screen.

So being able to have them turned off after creation
would allow me to make a savestate with the new
disabled codes on the list right away; instead of having
to see the game freeze, disable all of the new codes,
save the temporary codes list, load an old savestate,
reload the codes list, ad nauseum.
