#252 Looping of Sound

Recently I was playing Pokemon Fire Red and for some reason while accelerating through a battle, a droning noise began to continually loop, the game works just fine, however no matter what I do the sound continues to loop over and over, regular sound is still there, but I cant find a way to get rid of the droning noise, any ideas?
