#241 48khz Audio request for Intel HDA and others.

Now days, Integrated Audio chips (and not so integrated like Creative Audigy 24bit) run in 48Khz mode, and only 48khz.

The sound under Linux is choppy because my Intel HDA doesn't support 44khz.

Could be posible to put 48khz Audio option?

choppiness has nothing to do with the khz rate.

your sound chip automatically resamples the audio from 44,200 to 48khz
