#234 VBA says "sub-circuit 1M not installed" after loading up

Help would be much appreciated, ive downloaded a number of the emulators, but every time i load up Fire red itll get to the start screen, i press enter to start, then an error message "sub-circuit 1M not installed".
Im almost certain my Pc's spec is good enough
