Sorry for incovenience about downloading Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Plus 2.1 and for a long time response. Someone is reported to me that Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Plus 2.1 is corrupted. I checked that file and it confirmed that it was corrupted. So I decided to delete it and rolled back to Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Plus 2.0. I will released and new version Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Plus Installer where the setup code was rebuild from scratch.
