Visual Basic 6.0 Extended Runtime 1.3 released

Changelog:
- VB4 and VB5 runtime libraries is now included as core libraries
- DCOM95 is included
- MDAC 2.5 is now used instead of MDAC 2.0
- Installation bugfixes
