If I have a comment like this

'///This has be be expanded: <see cref="AppDomain"/>

The code referense is not expended. But it works this
way :
'///This has be be expanded: <see
cref="AppDomain">AppDomain</see>

The solution is simple. ( probably just a small
mistake .. )

On line 445 of Resolver.cs, the line is ( in 0.32 ) :
Regex
replacerefregex = new Regex("<" + tag + " cref=\"" +
Regex.Escape(refname) + "\"" + referencematch.Groups
[2].Value + ">", RegexOptions.IgnoreCase);

I've changed the line for :
Regex
replacerefregex = new Regex("<" + tag + " cref=\"" +
Regex.Escape(refname) + "\"\\s{0,}" +
referencematch.Groups[2].Value + ">",
RegexOptions.IgnoreCase);
