#7 Make Import/Export labels more intuitive

The labels on the plugin's context-menu are counter-intuitive at worse and confusing generally. Specifically, the Import and Export labels. A number of developers I've talked to agree this is confusing.

I'd recommend changes such as the following:

Import: change this label to: "Push to CQ/CRX" ... or "Save to CQ"
Export: change this to: "Pull from CQ/CRX" ... or "Copy from CQ"

Or something along those lines.
