vaspGUI / News: Recent posts

This release has most of the basic functionality working for dealing with POSCAR files. There will still be many bugs to work out, and many things I want to change, but I wanted to upload what I have before starting to work on a different secton.

I've updated some of the functionality of the POSCAR section.
