When a part() has two vectors for location, you can't select one location mode for one vector, and change the location mode for the other in one EditP session.

Say one vector is to be located on the end of some entity, and the other is to be located at the intersection of two entities: you can't change the location mode with the EditP dialogue box open. You must make all selections in one location mode, close the EditP session via OK, re-select EditP, change the mode, and change desired selections in the new mode.

The part() may depend on having the two vectors selected initially, and won't work without two vectors. The workaround is to make the two vector selections in one mode initially, then changing the location mode and editing the part again, this time changing the second vector to what was actually wanted, which was the intersection of two entities.
