#61 Alignment tool...

The alignment tool works! That's great ;)

However, once I get the results page, with the options for retrieving a fasta file, opening in JalView etc., clicking on the different options don't open the corresponding view in a new tab in the same window...
The pages are opened in a new tab in the original window from which I had chosen the sequences in varDB.

Is there a specific reason to have the cart and the alignment results open in different windows instead of new tabs?

If you prefer it to open in a new window, could the alignment views open in the same window as the cart and results page, but in new tabs?
