#169 Add support for importing ColorBrewer color schemes

ColorBrewer (http://colorbrewer2.org/) provides a web-based visual interface for designing color schemes that are well suited for cartography (and other applications). The color maps can be exported in a variety of formats. We should add support for loading a ColorBrewer designed color map (cut-n-paste may be the easiest to use)
