#1416 Statistics: widgets get cropped when window shrinks.

Description:
Currently the widgets in the statistics window have fixed sizes, and when the window shinks to smaller sizes, parts of widgets get cropped off. See the 2nd attached screnshot with incomplete bottom and right size.

Suggestion:
Use scroll bars as in other windows, for example, visualizer feature, as the 1st screenshot shows.
