While mapping of expression data to the KEGG pathway hierarchy may work with a particular data set, the same data may (sometimes?) not be mapped onto species specific pathways. The alternative ID or KEGG pathway ID processing does not work correctly in these cases.

only fix in 1.9! 2.0 will be tested and fixed later

Falls in V1.9 ein Problem behoben wurde, müssen wir den Fix nach V2.0 portieren!

there is no fix, i think this was a problem with the kegg-pathway downloader v0.7

Is under investigation (dataset_ready_for_mapping.bin), found two other bugs, which need to be fixed first, before this bug will be fixed:

dot-layout need re-work to cope with changed new output format availability

partial dataset mapping of expression data requires increased resources (CPU and memory).
