vaniv-devel — Public development list for the Vaniv project

This is a huge patch, and it's partly off from vaniv since it was
built on a slightly older version than today's SVN checkout. I expect
it needs some cleaning, but for the most part, it's working.

There are still references to /var/www/ndtv that I'm hunting down and
switching to either FILERT or dirname(__FILE__) as appropriate for
loading wp-config.php

Chew it up, spit it out, merge, let's get rolling!
