#18 null graphic/article deletion
Somehow, if a graphic gets uploaded for an article, but
really isn't there, (this is hard to explain but it has
happened) in other words, a graphic appears to be
present, but you go to preview it and there is no
preview. If you try to delete it, it erases everything
else in the article, copy, credits, photo, captions,
everything.
