New Release V0.98

New in this release:

- The requant module is updated to the latest version from the Metakine web site http://www.metakine.com/files/M2VRequantiser.tgz This breaks backward compatibility to a certain degree. The new requantizer requires to know the full size of the unshrinked embedded elementary video stream at start time. If vamps is run with a file as standard input the size is estimated from the file' size, i.e. nothing's changed from previous version. But if vamps is run with a pipe as input there is no way to figure out the full stream's size. In this case the user *has to* supply the size of the unshrinked program stream. For this purpose the -S option has been introduced.

- Support for MPEG audio is working now. This was broken in all previous versions. :-(

- Mere padding packets in input are accepted now. These packets actually should not occur, but they do. At least mplex *does* spit out such.

- The -p option was introduced on user request. This is required for full DVD backups, i.e. including control structures, menus, etc. If run with -p vamps keeps the original identifiers for audio and subtitle tracks.

- Support for large files (>2GB) was fixed. Don't know if this actually changes anything.

- V0.98 has not really been tested very much. Please use the Bugs section on sourceforge to complain.
