#23 Need more control over each <td> column

Currently in 0.1.7, it only put a class attribute in
the <td>. It is not flexible enough. For example if I
want to set one column's alignment to be different than
the other columns, I have no way to do that. The
attributes of <vlh:column> is just for the table
header. I expect there is another attribute for the
table body.
