#15 Valuelist not properly releasing resources

Valuelist not properly releasing resources. I use JBOSS-
IDE plugin in eclipse to deploy project. When I redeploy
war to tomcat it seems there is a lock maintained on
valuelist jar which does not allow system to remove file.
This is not happening with any other jars... Maybe a
class loading issue.
