Hello People, how far are the plans for porting valgrind to AMD64 ? Is there already some branch for it ? What are the main reasons why its not yet ported ? If its hardware, maybe I could be able to give shell access to a 4CPU Opteron... greets Dennis Carpe quod tibi datum est |

We have access to hardware and it is being worked on. It's just a
matter of time. The first stage is to adjust the core to make things
easier to handle when multiple archtiectures are involved and Nick
has been doing stirling work in that direction since 2.2.0 was
released.

And it is a big job, so please be patient :) Thanks for the hardware offer, but as Tom says, we have access to suitable machines. N |
