[Valgrind-users] Build valgrind with Intel compilers

I'm trying to build valgrind with Intel/2013 compilers, but seems that it is looking for GCC. Is Valgrind built with Intel compilers?

It has been known to work at some point in the past, but is not a supported
configuration.  Just give it the gcc it wants :)
