Hi, I like the change, too. It would allow for an even more minimal setting than the current "unwindregs-at-mem-access" one, which seems not needed e.g. for cachegrind/callgrind. As I see, a "only-at-sb-exit" would be enough there, but obviously needs some modifications in VEX.
