I actually already grappled with this problem some weeks back, and I have a patch which "fixes" it, by keeping a journal of the last 16k AllocCustom blocks freed, and looking in that to get the required information if everything else fails. But it's inelegant (yet another data structure) and slow. I will put the patch on the bug report if you file one :-) J |

That won't work because when it gets removed from the free list
Memcheck will try to free it with VG_(free) which won't work because
it's custom allocated.
However, I think add_to_freed_queue() could first check and call
VG_(free) only if it's not custom-allocated. Care to file a bug?
