[Valgrind-developers] @VERSION@ in spec file

Hi,

Valgrinds current CVS spec file picks up it's @VERSION@ from
configure.in i.e. 2.1.2-CVS. However it is illegal to use '-' in the
@VERSION@. Please consider applying the attached patch.
