[Valgrind-developers] Running regression tests

Hi,

I just added a Makefile target for running the regression tests.

Use "make regtest" to run them now.  This is slightly easier than the old
'$PREFIX/bin/vg_regtest --all'.

If anyone ever wants to add some regression tests, feel free.  If you are
unsure about how the script works, you can send me the test program along
with the expected normal output and Valgrind output and I'll add it.
