There is now:  grab the latest version from CVS
(sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=46268) and follow instructions in README to
install.

I think MMX support is complete, or close to complete, and SSE/SSE2
support is at least partly done.  Hopefully it will get things working for
you.
