[Valgrind-users] Minor problem with latest development snapshot install on Red Hat 8.0

Fellow users,

When I installed the development version on redhat 8.0, the makefiles =
had trouble descending to subdirectories.  I believe the cd <subdir> =
command in the makefiles fail because the current directory is not what =
is expected.  My workaround was to change the SHELL variable in the =
makefile to /bin/bash.
