    regtest: silence some more warnings
    
    A massif test that checks that --ignore-fn
    Sadly neither C nor C++ has a standard way of specifying functons
    to _never_ inline, and GCC and LLVM seem to have different extensions.
    GCC complains about __attribute__((optnone)).
