It is a very long time I did not compile valgrind for android (and when I did it years ago, I used an android emulator), so likely I will not be able to help much. Did you read and follow the README.android instructions ? (sounds a little bit unexpected that the below error message seems to indicate you have a rooted x86-linux smartphone). So, in particular, check the output of the configure step, as mentioned in README.android.
