Julian:

I have run 3.16.0.RC1 on Power 7, 8 and 9.  

The Power 9 regression tests match the expected results.

The Power 8 regression tests have improved with 

   none/tests/fdleak_ipv4                    (stderr)

no longer failing.  Other then that the results are the same.

The Power 7 regression tests are as expected.

The valgrind 3.16.0.RC1 looks good on Power.
