Post the source code to the test, so that execution on FreeBSD can be compared
to execution on other operating systems.  This will also clarify the meaning
of descriptions such as "creates a load of fn1 threads".

Re-post the traceback, without text filling.  Each "frame #N" should begin
on a new line.
