Fedora uses GCC 6.1 now. You can find the fedora backport patches at:
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/valgrind.git/tree/

I believe the only patch for a build failure is:

# KDE#358478 drd/tests/std_thread.cpp doesn't build with GCC6
Patch18: valgrind-3.11.0-drd_std_thread.patch

But you might want to read through the valgrind.spec file to find
others which might be helpful for running applications compiled
with GCC6 under valgrind. Let me know if anything is unclear.
Each patch should have a little explanation with a valgrind
bugs.kde.org number that has more background.
