[Valgrind-users] Documentation for callgrind text data file format?

I'm looking into adding into the GNU make fork remake (
http://bashdb.sf.net/remake) profiling using a callgrind file format.

Is there something that describes the format?

I'm interested in the semantics of  fi, fn, cfn, cfi. How calls and the +
and - numbers work. The flexibility in the ordering and so on.
