Looks interesting, but I do not think I am qualified to create
(and realise) this project for various reasons
(lack of time, lack of knowledge, and I believe some legal conditions).

But as I understand, Julian is doing some (professional, not amateur
like me) work on Valgrind.
He might be more interested.
