[Valgrind-developers] best compiler options for exp-sgcheck?

Are there any recommendations for gcc 4.7 compiler options to get the
maximum effect from exp-sgcheck?
I noticed that -g -gdb -gdwarf-4 -fvar-tracking-assignments gives
extra valgrind findings but it also gives some horrible looking
warnings like
