[Valgrind-developers] Code freeze for 3.8.0 by end of the weekend

I'd like to have the trunk in commit-freeze by the end of the weekend, that
is, accepting essential bug fixes only.  This is to make it possible to do
final testing for 3.8.0, followed by the creation of a VALGRIND_3_8 branch.

Any objections?  If there are any essential fixes to still go in for 3.8.0,
please let me know immediately.
