Log:
Initial support for 16- and 32-bit integer Thumb/Thumb2 instructions.
Covers almost all integer instructions generated in practice by
gcc-4.4 -O3.  Very slow, awaiting condition code rework to properly
leverage iropt cleanup of the initial translations.
