[Valgrind-developers] Updated patch for watchpoints patch by rjwalsh

Hi,

In the course of debugging some really annoying memory issues
about ~4 years ago, I ran into rjwalsh's valgrind patches for
watchpoints.

I need to fix up things the same way again. I've re-updated
the patches to work on Ubuntu Lucid and they seem to work
for now. Also it's got a new & improved xml output so that
I can parse the logs and collate it without going mad with
regexes.

The patch is against the valgrind-3.6.0-~svn20100212, which
is the build of valgrind which ships with ubuntu.

Please add it to the variants page (with due credit to rjwalsh).
