Log:
Create a copy of branches/VALGRIND_3_4_BRANCH in tags/VALGRIND_3_4_1
for the 3.4.1 release.  Notionally this is a copy of the 3.4 branch
rev 9293; probably svn thinks it is r9305, because a bunch of later
changes happened on the trunk and the darwin branch before this copy
was made (this is harmless).
