Some Linux distributions have them, probably contained in a package
for that distribution.  For instance, pick a mirror from
   http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/Fedora/9/ppc/
then look for something like
   http://<mirror>/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Fedora/ppc/os/Packages/valgrind-3.3.0-3.ppc.rpm
where the directory names towards the left might vary from mirror to mirror,
but the directory names towards the right will be the same.
