For what it's worth, Rob O'Callahan appears to have changed the name of his
project to Chronicle. Code is available under GPLv2 here:

There's an Eclipse-based UI called Chronomancer under the Mozilla Public
License 1.1 here:

Worth taking a look. I've been meaning to sit down and look at this more
